We always try to take into consideration the requests of our customers. It is however unsafe for our crews to take off their safety shoes to work. We wear those shoes to help grip to avoid slipping on various surfaces and to protect our feet in the case anything heavy is dropped. It is also impractical to be removing and putting shoes on as we enter and leave a building.
