We charge in 15-minute increments once our 2-hour minimum has been met. This means you are only charged for the exact time of your move. Your quote may be higher for numerous reasons such as unanticipated problems, or undisclosed information.

-uncompleted packing.
-added packing not in the estimate.
-destination involves an elevator, long carry, or flight of stairs not previously disclosed.
-items to be moved are added or changed.
-Dates changed.
-Stop added.
-You require furniture to be rearranged or items to be restacked. Delays beyond the mover’s control.
